How to Participate
Review the lot and/or cabaña availability and pricing.
Select lot(s) and sign the offer agreement.
Transfer a 50% deposit to escrow.
Developer pursues LUA provisional approval.
Pay the balance upon LUA approval.
Participants will receive quarterly updates. Nibiri will disclose all infrastructure development costs only to Stage 1 participants.
Stage 1 works will commence once the USD 500,000 funding threshold is reached.
