How to Participate

  1. Review the lot and/or cabaña availability and pricing.

  2. Select lot(s) and sign the offer agreement.

  3. Transfer a 50% deposit to escrow.

  4. Developer pursues LUA provisional approval.

  5. Pay the balance upon LUA approval.

  6. Participants will receive quarterly updates. Nibiri will disclose all infrastructure development costs only to Stage 1 participants.

  7. Stage 1 works will commence once the USD 500,000 funding threshold is reached.
